Gruss Gott!

Sod. It.

Don't know why I just did that... a bit bored. I guess... I'm starting writing my dissertation today... I've sorted out my chapters and put all opf my notes into seperate folders, so I'm organised, which feels nice.

I went out and got pissed last night, and now I have a headache. We (Si and myself) went to Planet 2000, which was about half full. How dull. I got up this morning especially so that I could come in to Uni for 10.30 for  meeting for one of my modules.. but guess what... it's at 2.00. What a pisser.

I am determined to make a start on  my dissertation either to day or tomorrow.

Byebye.

Monday, March 18, 2002

Welcome to a new week! I have spent the weekend relaxing, beacause I couldn't get my teeth into the mountains of reading that I have to do for my dissertation... I figure it's because I feel like I need to actually start writing something, rather than doing more and more research, so I'm going to try and make a start on that phase today! It's as if I've not done enouch research or anything... I've already read over fifty books for the bloody thing! Time consumption.

But it's Easter now, which is nice - my parents are coming up to see Louise and I this weekend, which clashes with the start of the National Student Drama Festival... oh dear. Not that that matters because half (or more) of the performances that are oging to happen will probably be a waste of time anyway (As far as I am concerned). I think that Festival (or should I say 'money spinning Competition'?) has a few issues that it needs to sort out before it calls itself the National Student Drama Festival. It's basically not representative of the Nation's students and their work - people have to pay just to enter it. What a farse. Maybe Ayckborne should write about it for his new play: 'Farse #172' I believe it to be called, but I could be wrong.

So now it's Friday, and here's another entry for no-one to read. I'm knackered and had to rescue a cat from a roof last night - I finally managaed to coax her down with a plate of Salmon, which stank. SO that was good!

A also went to see a fnatastic performance last night by a Japanese wonam called Kazuko... the performance was called My Husband is a Spaceman and it made me laugh a great deal.

Thanks...

Okay, gotta be quick because a lecture's about to start.... for all of those masses of people who are viewing my site, I did a durational interactive installation yesterday as part of my assessment, which was exhausting... but I think it went well and people seemed to enjoy it!

Gotta go.

Tobyboy.
